Barback Job Description: We are seeking diligent and attentive Barbacks to support our dynamic bar team for on-demand roles at various events and establishments. Ideal candidates should thrive in fast-paced environments and be committed to providing outstanding support to bartenders and ensuring smooth operation of the bar area. Key Responsibilities (Varies by Business): Assist bartenders in setting up and maintaining the bar area. Restock bar with liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and other necessary supplies. Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Help with opening and closing tasks, such as inventory management and cleaning. Quickly respond to bartenders' requests for assistance during busy periods. Clear and clean tables and bar area, disposing of waste and glassware appropriately. Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages. Requirements: Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
