Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of technical engineering, project management, pursuits, marketing, and client relationships, focusing on civil and environmental projects such as landfills, vertical facilities, land development, and site permitting.
• Design, permit, and oversee construction of civil/site and environmental projects, including stormwater controls, groundwater monitoring, leachate management, and landfill gas systems.
• Lead project design, engineering, and management, demonstrating progressive experience with projects of similar scale.
• Support business development by identifying project opportunities, developing proposals, and maintaining client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team growth.

Required Qualifications:
