Job Description
U.S. Water Services Corporation is a well-established and diverse water and wastewater utility organization specializing in utility maintenance, operations, engineering and construction services. U.S. Water is a fast paced and rapidly expanding company headquartered in New Port Richey, Florida with a staff of over 850 employees in twenty states.
Position Summary:
Coordinates and maintains records for staff, phones, company credit cards, timekeeping and office keys, etc. Creates and modifies various documents using Microsoft Office, makes travel and meeting arrangements, prepares reports and maintains appropriate filing systems. Uses excellent oral and written communication skills and organizes work using tools, like MS Excel and other office equipment.
