The Opportunity The Dean of Music will lead one of the world’s most respected music programs into an exciting new era of innovation and artistic excellence. This leader will guide a team of 125 full- and part-time faculty and a talented, diverse student body of nearly 400 undergraduate and graduate music students. Charged with advancing a reimagined approach to classical music education, the Dean will oversee innovative curricular and programmatic initiatives that reflect and engage with the modern world, all while expanding BCB’s legacy of inclusivity and excellence.
