Job Title: Event Coordinator

Hourly Pay: $20 - $35/hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team and assist in organizing and executing various events. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring events run smoothly, from planning to execution. Job Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events from start to finish

• Liaise with clients to understand their event needs and objectives

• Source and manage vendors, including catering, transportation, and entertainment
• Coordinate event logistics, such as scheduling, venue setup, and attendee registration
• Oversee event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule

• Monitor event budgets and ensure expenses stay within allocated limits

• Resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during the event

• Ensure all events meet high-quality standards and client expectations

• Manage event post-mortem, including feedback collection and reporting
• Maintain accurate records for future events

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field preferred

• Previous experience in event coordination, planning, or hospitality

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

• Knowledge of event management software and tools

• Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends as required
