The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will serve as the subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues related to the company's products. They will educate healthcare professionals (HCPs) and their staff on access and coverage matters to facilitate patient access. The FRM will analyze reimbursement issues and act as a local resource for the sales team and regional management. They will coordinate with the Hub on patient cases, referrals, and enrollment, collaborating cross-functionally with Field Sales, matrix partners, and Specialty Pharmacy Accounts while adhering to all policies and procedures.

• Analyze payer criteria and provide product access expertise
• Educate HCPs and staff on reimbursement processes, claims, and coding
• Coordinate reimbursement issues with third parties, including Hubs and Specialty Pharmacies
• Support patient access by addressing barriers and providing resources
• Educate on Hub programs, reimbursement tools, and financial assistance
• Communicate updates on payer coverage and policy changes
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and account management abilities

Job Requirements

• BS/BA degree or 3+ years experience as a reimbursement specialist or similar role
• Experience navigating prior authorization processes and working with payers
• Preferred experience in Cardiology or Rare Disease areas
• Knowledge of billing, coding, and appeals processes
• Experience with commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel as needed
