What You'll Do: Collaborate with the Head of Growth Product on research, analysis, planning, execution, and iteration. Coordinate with engineering and design teams on sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and project management. Create and maintain the product backlog. Research marketing trends and competitors to enhance our software development services. Prioritize initiatives based on business value. What We Are Looking For: 3-5 years of experience in Growth Product Management in a tech-focused B2B environment. Proficiency in data-driven decision-making to solve growth challenges. Experience in designing, optimizing, and scaling websites for better conversion and engagement. Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data interpretation. Degree in a technical or quantitative field. Location in US, Canada, or LATAM/Western Europe with at least 2 years of experience studying or working in the US. Advanced English proficiency.
