• Collaborate with internal teams to oversee benefit-related functions for new hires.
• Facilitate onboarding processes to integrate new employees smoothly into the organization.
• Build strong communication channels with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Monitor and enhance recruiting activities to meet organizational goals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights to refine hiring strategies.
• Support ongoing recruiting functions to maintain a steady pipeline of experienced candidates.• At least 1 year of experience in HR recruiting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.
• Strong knowledge of conducting background checks and maintaining compliance.
• Familiarity with benefit functions and onboarding processes.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and team members.
• Demonstrated ability to manage recruiting efforts and meet hiring goals.
• Experience in coordinating recruiting activities and maintaining accurate records.
• A detail-oriented approach with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
