We are seeking a skilled and proactive  HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Richfield, Ohio. This role is pivotal in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify candidates.

Job Post Creation:

  • Develop and publish engaging job descriptions tailored to specific positions and organizational needs.

Candidate Screening and Management:

  • Review resumes, conduct virtual and in-person screenings, and schedule follow-up interviews to assess experience, skills, and potential alignment with the role.

Pipeline Development:

  • Maintain a well-organized talent pipeline to efficiently manage prospective candidates and track their progress in the hiring process.

Hiring Event Coordination:

  • Partner with the Senior Operations Manager to coordinate onsite recruiting events, targeting location-specific staffing needs.

Candidate Communication:

  • Provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure transparency and positive engagement.

Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:

  • Facilitate offer negotiations, oversee onboarding processes, and conduct periodic follow-ups with new hires post-placement milestones.

Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:

  • Track key hiring metrics, such as interview pull-through rates, and generate detailed reports to evaluate candidate outcomes.

Compliance & Background Checks:

  • Manage background check procedures and assist with HR administrative tasks as required.

Industry Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated on HR and recruitment trends, implementing innovative practices to enhance hiring strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruiting (HR or Talent Acquisition roles preferred).
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment analytics and metric tracking.
  • Attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in recruitment tools such as ADP Workforce Now, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and CRM platforms.
• Experience with job boards and sourcing platforms like CareerBuilder.
• Strong understanding of benefit functions and compliance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal teams effectively.
• Ability to manage recruitment budgets and optimize spending.
• Familiarity with pipeline management and reporting systems.
• Proven ability to negotiate offers and oversee onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of best practices in recruitment and candidate engagement.
