We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our client’s team in Westborough, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting key human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. You will manage job postings, assist in crafting and updating job descriptions, and help ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for employees. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining an organized internal filing system, reviewing I-9 forms for compliance, and handling inquiries through the HR inbox. The ideal candidate will conduct initial investigations into employee concerns with discretion, serve as a liaison between HR and the sales team, and participate in annual updates to the Employee Handbook. • Solid understanding of benefit functions and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and procedures.
• Familiarity with FMLA regulations and other employment laws.
• Proven ability to conduct interviews professionally and efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
