Sangre de Cristo Community Care is currently looking for a qualified Music Therapist to join our dynamic team in Pueblo, Colorado. Sangre de Cristo Community Care is the Southern Colorado leader in enhancing the quality of life and maintaining the integrity of individuals and their families in need of supportive or end-of-life services by offering symptom management, support, comfort, and compassion. The Music Therapist works closely with the interdisciplinary team to identify therapy needs of patients and caregivers. Working independently while having the support of other therapists, leadership, and the healthcare team. The Music Therapist will provide 1:1 therapy and facilitate groups and may assist the bereavement department with counseling needs. What We Offer:
