Position: Regional Managing Director at BairesDev We are looking for a Regional Managing Director to join our team and lead in building long-lasting relationships with our top-tier clients. You will oversee a talented team managing 20-25 projects per direct report, with a total revenue of $10-15M. Your leadership and client-focused strategies will drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and ensure client satisfaction across BairesDev’s portfolio. Responsibilities: Build and maintain exceptional client relationships that drive revenue growth and retention. Serve as a client champion, ensuring high service levels and identifying growth opportunities. Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting client retention and guiding project management. Identify and analyze opportunities for client growth using a consultative approach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client needs, aligning solutions with business objectives. Qualifications: 9+ years of experience in senior client services roles, managing executive-level relationships. 4+ years of experience leading teams and developing talent. Strong background in IT or technology services industry. Extensive client services experience with a consultative approach to business growth. Advanced proficiency in English.
