At Coates Group, we're transforming the way the world experiences digital retail. As a Senior Global Account Director , you’ll be the strategic driver behind some of our most critical client relationships. This high-impact role blends cutting-edge technology delivery with consultative sales and long-term account growth, helping global brands bring their digital vision to life.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead Client Partnerships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and technology partner.
  • Drive Account Growth: Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, aligning Coates’ solutions to evolving client needs.
  • Champion Technology Delivery: Oversee end-to-end project execution by working cross-functionally with technical, product, and delivery teams.
  • Ensure Product Compliance: Govern QA and certification processes to meet client security and integration standards.
  • Deliver Consultative Solutions: Understand business challenges and propose tailored technology strategies that deliver value and innovation.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Drive revenue through solution selling, upselling, and strategic account management.
  • Influence and Negotiate: Lead pricing and contract discussions that ensure mutual success.
  • Be the Voice of the Client: Advocate for client needs internally to ensure exceptional delivery and long-term satisfaction.
What You Bring:
  • 7+ years in enterprise technology sales, delivery, or global account management.
  • Proven success managing high-value clients and leading large-scale tech projects.
  • Deep understanding of digital technology, SaaS, or digital signage ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience collaborating across technical, product, and operations teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM and pipeline management tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

$160,000 - $180,000 a year

The annual base salary range for this position is based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition,Coates Group, offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan with employer match; short- and long-term disability coverage; life and AD&D insurance; health savings accounts (HSAs); and flexible spending accounts (FSAs).
