Service Porter – Audi West Covina Dealership

Pay Range: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour | Full-Time | Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Location: Audi West Covina, CA
Schedule: Full-time; weekend availability required.

As a Service Porter , you’ll be an integral part of the service department. From moving vehicles efficiently across the dealership to creating a professional first impression for our guests, your role supports the entire customer service journey.

• Vehicle Movement: Safely move customer vehicles to and from service bays, wash areas, and parking spaces.
  
• Guest Service: Greet customers upon arrival and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up with professionalism and courtesy.
  
• Service Lot Organization: Maintain a clean, well-organized service area and parking lot.
  
• Team Support: Work closely with Service Advisors, Greeters, and Technicians to ensure timely vehicle flow and customer service.
  
• Drive Management: Help monitor and move vehicles on the service drive so guests are greeted promptly.
  
• Additional Duties: Perform other dealership tasks as assigned by management to support daily operations.

• Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  
• Must be able to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred, not required).
  
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
  
• Must be able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
  
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
  

• Hourly Rate: $19.00 – $21.00/hour (commensurate with experience)
  
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Skills and Qualifications:

• Unrestricted California driver's license and clean driving record without any violations.
• 4 years of driving experience
• Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles.
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strive to respect and facilitate teamwork within all departments.
• Friendly with high energy and the willingness to go above and beyond.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
