What We’re Looking For: We seek a creative, data-driven social media specialist who has worked in a multi-company environment, understands the industrial services landscape and can drive our digital strategy with confidence and independence. This is a full-time, in-house role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative campaigns that showcase our industrial expertise and service excellence. Create direct, compelling content that resonates with our audience and clearly communicates our value proposition. Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies for a competitive edge. Brand Representation & Engagement: Represent the company at industry events and deliver on-brand presentations. Travel is required. Proactively engage with our audience online to build genuine, results-driven relationships. Results-Driven Focus: Drive monetization through social media initiatives with measurable outcomes. Utilize data analytics to refine strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates. Guidance for Growth: Provide insight and strategic direction to support the company’s growth across all departments. Collaborate with leadership to identify new opportunities, improve outreach efforts, and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to align digital campaigns with broader business objectives. Contribute actively to strategic planning sessions to shape our brand’s future direction. Salary Range: $60,000 to $85,000 annually Performance Bonuses: Based on achieving and exceeding monetization and campaign targets Work Environment: Full-time, in-office role suited for high-performing professionals in a dynamic, results-focused setting Who You Are: A seasoned social media professional with a proven track record in industrial, manufacturing, environmental or technical fields. If you have less than 3 years of experience but can demonstrate a strong ability to monetize social media efforts and drive qualified traffic, we still encourage you to apply. We welcome both professional and entry-level applicants with a proven track record of delivering results. Entry-level positions are full-time, exempt, with an annual salary starting at $35,000 to $42,000. Entry-level employees are also eligible for quarterly profit sharing based on monetized, measurable performance outcomes.
