The Opportunity Are you an expert in guiding a large and sophisticated security engineering team for a SaaS organization? Do you have experience leading a global, multi-disciplinary organization focused on software development and operations, improving security posture? We’re looking for you to join Adobe as our Senior Director, Security Engineering. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Cyber Operations, you’ll lead a global Security Engineering organization, partnering with product development, operations teams, core infrastructure, architecture, privacy, and legal teams. You’ll build strong partnerships across Adobe to achieve security goals and collaborate with engineering leaders across our products. What You’ll Do Manage a global team of engineers towards innovation, partnership, collaboration, and operational excellence. Develop a high-performing organization delivering security services including vulnerability assessment, security monitoring, security data services, and cloud infrastructure security. Partner within the security team and across Adobe to own security outcomes and improve security posture. Drive security service innovation, develop security roadmaps, and grow top security talent. Take an adversary perspective to identify and mitigate security threats. What you'll need to succeed 13+ years in Information Security, with extensive experience in a global organization. 8+ years of leadership in engineering teams. 3+ years managing global engineering teams. Master’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
