As a Technical Product Manager , you’ll play a key role in shaping innovative B2B software solutions that drive business growth, scale, and efficiency. You’ll act as the vital bridge between customers, engineering, and design—translating needs into actionable plans, championing the product vision, and ensuring smooth, rapid delivery of impactful features.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Ownership & Strategy
  • Own the product roadmap and prioritize features aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Partner with Engineering (CA3) and Design to continuously discover, define, and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Maintain a healthy product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Deeply understand customer pain points and gather feedback to shape product direction.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for internal teams and external customers.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies and product launches.
  • Delivery & Execution
  • Ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery in 2-week sprint cycles.
  • Monitor product adoption and performance to refine the roadmap and improve outcomes.
  • Reduce reliance on Tech Leads by taking ownership of requirement documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in product management, technical program management, or software development
  • Hands-on experience with B2B products, digital platforms (web/mobile), and customer engagement
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, SQL, Go, or C++ is a plus

  • 90%+ on-time, in-scope delivery rate
  • 2-month rolling roadmap consistently maintained and communicated
  • 90% sprint release success rate
  • Measurable business viability and adoption of assigned products
  • Reduced backlog creation burden on Tech Leads by 80%

$100,000 - $130,000 a year

The annual base salary range for this position is based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
