OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a skilled Upholstery Repair Technician to join our team in
Northern Colorado . The ideal candidate will gain experience with fabricating, assembling, and/or sewing various materials. Knowledge of power tools, hand tools, auto interior restoration, and a passion for craftsmanship are highly desirable.
A history/background in customer service, reupholstering, upholstery repair, and/or car detailing will come in handy but not required.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES WE'RE SEEKING: - Ability to work well without any day-to-day supervision
- Strong customer service skills with a polite and respectful demeanor
- Must have the ability to understand and respond to multiple customers' requests within a given day and prioritize those requests
- Must have the ability to multitask with great organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Persistent and hard working
- Money motivated
- Hands-on problem solving experience
- Capability to work in all weather conditions
- A valid driver's license
- May not be colorblind
- Must be agile; able to frequently stand and walk, enter and exit vehicles, boats, RVs, etc. with ease

Our mobile upholstery repair technicians are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and work quickly to restore Leather, Vinyl, Fabric & Plastic to like new condition.

BENEFITS: - Satisfactory completion of six-week minimum apprentice program
- One to two week CCI certified technical training in Mokena, IL
- A training wage will be paid through the completion of training then will transition into a commission structure with unlimited income potential

JOB TYPE: Full Time
PAY: $20 - $45 per hour
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY: - Bonus opportunities

EXPECTED HOURS: 40- 60 per week
SCHEDULES: - 8 hour shift
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Choose your own hours
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: - No experience necessary, but past experience in customer service industry preferred
- Must possess high school diploma or equivalent
- Must pass drug test, background check and driving record check
And most of all, no prior experience necessary! Compensation: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
