Responsibilities Lead and mentor senior sales professionals to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Manage sales efforts related to new client acquisition. Remove barriers and ensure successful sales outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for tailored solutions. Expand networks and explore untapped markets. Guide team strategy execution. Provide feedback for team improvement. Foster a high-performance sales culture. Qualifications 10+ years in selling professional IT or software services. Strong experience in technology consulting sales as a hunter of new logos. 5+ years leading sales teams. Deep industry understanding and strategic sales approach.
